Mit Urteil vom 12.Mai 1998 hat das LG Hamburg entschieden, dass man durch die Ausbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten hat. Dies kann, so das LG, nur dadurch verhindert werden, dass man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert.

Ich habe auf meinen Seiten Links zu Seiten im Internet gelegt, deren Inhalt und Aktualisierung nicht meinem Einflussbereich unterliegen.
Für alle diese Links gilt:
"Ich habe keinen Einfluss auf Gestaltung und Inhalte fremder Internetseiten. Ich distanziere mich daher von allen fremden Inhalten, auch wenn von Seiten auf smashd.de auf diese externe Seiten ein Link gesetzt wurde."

Wie bei jedem öffentlich verfügbarem Material, wie beispielsweise der Videos bei YouTube, kann man sich nicht 100% sicher sein, das dieses auch legal verfügbar ist. Natürlich möchte ich nur legalen Inhalt auf meiner Seite.

Wenn allerdings doch rechtlich bedenkliches Material auf meiner Seite vorhanden sein sollte, so bitte ich um Kontaktaufnahme. Ich werde betreffenden Inhalt schnellstmöglich entfernen, denn ich möchte keinesfalls Schwierigkeiten.

As for every public available content at video hosting sites such as YouTube you cannot be 100% sure about the legal use of the shown material. I try to add only legal videos, of course.

If there's any content on my site that should not be there due to legal issues please contact me - I'll remove the "bad stuff" as soon as possible!
