Temperature statistics from my penthouse

I ordered a "TEMPerHUM" USB Stick some time ago that is able to measure the current temperature and humidity. Installing the provided driver, NOT using the software shipping with it, but using UTAC
External link to capture the recordings and uploading it to my server was easy.

Here is the current graph (updated every 15 minutes if not configured different in the mean time):

Well, everything works - but not for long. I am getting the BSOD "IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL" once in a while so I have deactivated this until I investigated the problem.

As you already may have noticed already, smashd.de is currently being updated. Due to the need of a complete re-install some familiar functions may not work at the moment or probably never will, but I am doing my best to get the site to a working state as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience.

EDIT: I did the last changes tonight (around 3 am to 5 am) and I think at least 95% should be done. Have fun with the new, clean website.

partial lunar eclipse 2008

In the night from Sat 16th to Sun 17th (Aug 2008) we had the chance to see a partial lunar eclipse. I have tried to take some photos with my mid-class compact camera Exilim. This camera is not the best at night of course, but at least I had a miniature tripod and tried my best. Here is the result:
